Maya provides all scenegraph, shader and animation editing features, and also allows to prerender game scenes and videos for ingame sequences or advertisement at maximum quality. The flexible Maya compatible character animation system in Bionic 3D allows import, animation and rendering of complex skeletal models, including vertex skinning with any number of bones and support for multiple character LODs. It also provides a mechanism for facial animation and mesh morphing. The Bionic 3D particle system is able to animate and render any common effects like smoke, fire, rain, footprints, wheelmarks, rocket traces and many more. 3D Sound output is implemented via Microsoft 3D Audio and only requires to link a sound emitting object into the scenegraph.
